Data Privacy

In order to process your booking we will need to collect certain personal details from you. These details will include your name and contact details and those of any other members of your party. They will also include credit/debit card or other payment details relating to your booking.

Any information you supply to us may be retained on a database and will be used for the purposes of administrative functions, contacting you about a booking or sending you information about us. Your details will not be passed on to any third party without your prior consent except in cases where we believe, in good faith, that we have a legal obligation to disclose such information.

We are required to keep a register of guests over the age of 16 who stay with us, this includes full names and nationality, and/or passport numbers, place of issue, details of next destination if they are non-British, Irish or Commonwealth guests. This is in accordance with the (Immigration (Hotel records) Order 1972). These records are kept for a minimum of 12 months and in accordance with the DPA (Data Protection Act 1998) and the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
