Hi from Murray!
I am pretty new to Bed and Breakfast. I opened in July 2022 having had no previous experience of hospitality. What can possibly go wrong?
The Kildare is a 9 bedroom B&B with rooms and bathrooms to a good standard.
We’re located in a good position in Skegness, close to everything important including the beach.
Unlimited Breakfast
The breakfast should be a highlight of your stay. At The Kildare we offer an unlimited breakfast with a great range of options including a full English, 12 cereal options, various bakery items, fruit and yoghurts. With coffee machines to keep you going you’ll get a great start to the day.
PowerFUL Showers
After a hard day at the beach you will need a good shower. We’ve done a serious upgrade to the shower system so that even if all 9 rooms shower at the same time, you will still get a great shower experience (and you can all sing in harmony).
SUPERFAST WiFi EVERYWHERE
Stay connected. No more WiFi woes at The Kildare, our superfast WiFi (1Gbps if you want the technical term) works in every room, every bathroom, the patio garden and everywhere inbetween. It probably works halfway to Boston. We’ll keep you connected so you don’t miss a thing.

It is a 5-10 minute walk from the Bus or Railway station.
1. Coming out of either station, go right along Richmond drive until you reach the lights near Tesco.
2. Turn left down Sandbeck Avenue and you will reach us on the right hand side after a short while.
Parking
There are 4 car parking spaces at the front of The Kildare. These are available on a first come, first served basis. If you miss out on a space, on-street parking is free and unlimited if you check around the surrounding streets. Please avoid the double yellow lines!
